Overview
Revive Plunge products are backed by a limited manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage, exclusions, and procedures for warranty claims. By purchasing and using Revive Plunge products, customers agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Warranties apply only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
Luxury Plunge
Luxury Plunge units purchased after May 13th, 2026 are covered by a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship affecting the normal operation of the product under typical use conditions.
Covered components may include, but are not limited to:
- refrigeration system components
- pumps and internal plumbing components
- control systems and electronic components
- structural defects in the plunge body or shell
If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Revive Plunge may, at its discretion:
- repair the affected component
- provide replacement components necessary to restore proper functionality
- coordinate troubleshooting or service to resolve the issue
Replacement parts provided under warranty may be new, refurbished, or reconditioned components that meet the functional specifications of the original part.
This warranty applies only to failures resulting from manufacturing defects during normal use and does not cover issues related to environmental exposure, improper installation, freezing conditions, poor water maintenance, electrical supply issues, or other exclusions outlined in this policy.
Customers are responsible for maintaining proper operating conditions for the system, including proper water treatment, filtration maintenance, and adherence to operating guidelines provided with the product.
Cold Plunges, Chillers, and Plunge Systems
All other cold plunge tubs, chillers, and plunge systems are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship affecting the normal operation of the product under typical use conditions.
Covered components may include, but are not limited to:
- refrigeration system components
- pumps and internal plumbing components
- control systems and electronic components
- structural defects in the plunge tub body or shell
If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Revive Plunge may, at its discretion:
- repair the affected component
- provide replacement components necessary to restore proper functionality
- coordinate troubleshooting or service to resolve the issue

Saunas
Revive Plunge saunas include the following warranty coverage:
- Electrical components: 1 year
- Structural components: 2 years
This warranty covers product or manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. This includes cosmetic changes or maintenance requirements such as wood refinishing or normal aging of wood materials.
Wood is a natural material that responds to environmental conditions. Surface cracks, minor splits, or checking are normal characteristics of wood and may occur as the wood expands and contracts with changes in temperature and humidity. These cosmetic changes are expected and are not considered defects in materials or workmanship.
Accessories
Accessories, replacement parts, filters, and consumable items are not covered under warranty.
If accessories arrive damaged or defective, customers must notify Revive Plunge within 24–48 hours of delivery.
What the Warranty Covers
This warranty covers product malfunctions resulting from defects in materials or manufacturing during normal use.
When a covered issue occurs, Revive Plunge may, at its discretion:
- repair the product
- replace defective components or parts
- provide replacement components necessary to restore proper operation
- coordinate troubleshooting or service to return the product to working condition
Replacement parts provided under warranty may be new, refurbished, or reconditioned components that meet the functional specifications of the original part.
Revive Plunge reserves the right to determine whether a reported issue qualifies as a warranty claim and the most appropriate solution for resolving the issue.
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact Revive Plunge support.
Revive Plunge may request information necessary to diagnose the issue, including:
- photos or videos of the issue
- description of the problem
- troubleshooting steps performed
Customers may be required to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps to assist with diagnosis before warranty service is provided.
Failure to cooperate with troubleshooting may delay or prevent warranty service.
Replacement Components and Warranty Continuation
Any repaired or replaced components, parts, or products provided by Revive Plunge under warranty are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period from the initial delivery date.
Warranty repair or replacement does not extend, renew, or restart the original warranty term.
Customers are responsible for any costs associated with accessing, removing, reinstalling, reconnecting, or reinstalling products or components during warranty service or repairs unless otherwise explicitly approved in writing by Revive Plunge.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- contractor or installer labor costs
- electrician fees
- plumbing or water connection costs
- material or supply costs
- service call fees
- transportation or access-related expenses
Revive Plunge reserves the right to require the return of original components, products, or units in connection with warranty claims or replacement parts provided under warranty.
Failure to return requested components or products may result in denial of warranty coverage, charges for replacement components, or cancellation of additional warranty service.
Revive Plunge reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution method for all warranty claims.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover issues resulting from:
- cosmetic changes or aging of materials
- wood refinishing or routine cosmetic maintenance
- surface cracks or checking caused by wood expansion and contraction
- exposure to environmental elements such as rain, snow, excessive moisture, direct sun exposure, freezing conditions, or other outdoor conditions beyond intended use
- Normal wear and tear
- improper installation
- improper electrical or water connections
- lack of routine maintenance
- neglect or misuse
- unauthorized modifications or alterations
- repairs performed by unauthorized parties
- customer infrastructure issues
- acts of nature or “acts of God”
- improper storage or transportation after delivery
Damage resulting from any of the above conditions may void warranty coverage at Revive Plunge’s discretion.
Maintenance Responsibility
Customers are responsible for performing the routine maintenance necessary for proper product operation.
Maintenance may include, but is not limited to:
- maintaining proper water quality
- replacing filters when needed
- keeping plumbing and components clean
- following all care and maintenance instructions provided with the product
Failure to properly maintain the product may void warranty coverage.
Installation Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation and infrastructure, including:
- electrical supply and connections
- water supply
- appropriate installation environment
- compliance with local building or electrical codes
Improper installation or infrastructure issues are not covered under warranty.
Revive Plunge is not responsible for labor costs, contractor fees, or infrastructure-related expenses associated with warranty service unless explicitly approved in writing in advance.
Shipping Damage
Damage occurring during shipping must be reported in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Shipping Policy.
Shipping damage is not considered a warranty issue.
Extended Warranty
Certain products may be eligible for extended warranty coverage through third-party warranty providers.
Extended warranties, if purchased, are administered by the applicable warranty provider and are subject to their terms and conditions.

Limitation of Warranty
This limited warranty is provided in place of all other warranties, express or implied, except where prohibited by law.
Revive Plunge’s responsibility under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective components as determined by Revive Plunge.
Revive Plunge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
