Revive Plunge products are backed by a limited manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Luxury Plunge
- 2-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
All Other Cold Plunges & Chillers
- 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
Coverage includes manufacturing defects affecting:
- Refrigeration systems
- Pumps and plumbing components
- Electronic controls and system components
- Structural defects in the plunge body or shell
At its discretion, the manufacturer may repair the product, provide replacement parts, or coordinate service to restore proper functionality.
Saunas
- Electrical Components: 1 Year
- Structural Components: 2 Years
Coverage applies to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic aging or appearance changes
- Improper installation or maintenance
- Electrical or plumbing issues not caused by the product
- Environmental damage, freezing, or weather exposure
- Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
- Damage caused by improper water maintenance
- Labor, installation, contractor, electrician, or plumbing costs
Accessories, filters, consumables, and replacement parts are not covered under warranty.
Warranty Claims
To initiate a warranty claim, customers may be asked to provide:
- Photos or videos of the issue
- A description of the problem
- Troubleshooting information
Reasonable troubleshooting may be required before warranty service is approved.
Important Notes
Customers are responsible for proper installation, routine maintenance, water quality management, and compliance with all operating guidelines. Repaired or replaced components remain covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Shipping damage must be reported upon delivery and is not considered a warranty issue.
